Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member for our hotel to ensure the property runs smoothly through the hours when guests sleep. You’ll warmly welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle requests with a calm, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Natural night owl comfortable working through late hours.
• Friendly and welcoming, ready to offer service even at 3 a.m.
• Reliable and calm under pressure, able to manage guest needs and unexpected situations.
• Team player who can work independently, aiding a smooth morning handoff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised for the morning crew.
• Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, from room service to extra pillows.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for overnight guests.
• Monitor safety and security with regular checks, ensuring a peaceful night’s stay.
