Firmdale Hotels’ Number Sixteen Hotel in South Kensington is seeking a Night Porter to guard the concierge desk and help guests after dark. You will manage calls, assist with luggage, support check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest.

As a Night Porter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concierge desk during the evening hours.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the concierge desk in the absence of the wider team, providing unparalleled service to our guests.
• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and care.
• Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and dedication.
• Supporting check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure every guest interaction is flawless.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks and interact with guests and colleagues.
