Job summary

Firmdale Hotels invites applications for a Junior Sous Chef at Number Sixteen Hotel in South Kensington, London. You will work with a talented kitchen team to support breakfast, lunch and dinner services, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.

You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to uphold the hotel's culinary reputation while driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Take ownership of stock management and ordering for your section, optimising inventory levels and minimising waste..
• Showcase your organisational and communication skills, effectively liaising with colleagues to coordinate kitchen activities seamlessly..
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to uphold the hotel's culinary reputation and exceed guest expectations..
