The Role includes:

• Providing night assistance, including luggage handling and guest support, to ensure an exceptional experience
• Responding promptly to guest queries
• Assisting guests with luggage and requests
• Delivering mail, newspapers, and bills to rooms
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Handling room service and breakfast cards
• Supporting fire safety procedures and emergency responses
• Participating in training and development
• Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, pricing, policies, and local area
• Supporting other departments as needed
