Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld is seeking night reception staff. You’ll greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, and handle guest inquiries with a friendly, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction.

This 4-star, 148-bedroom property features an 18-hole golf course, Flemings and Grill restaurants, afternoon tea, and spa facilities. The QHotels Collection supports diversity and offers learning opportunities and benefits.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
