Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is seeking a Night Porter to help keep guests and staff safe at night. You’ll be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, ensuring smooth check-ins and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll uphold security, respond to incidents, assist with emergencies, and work with a friendly team to deliver great service through the night.

Qualifications

• In the event of a fire, safely evacuate all guests and team members.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
