Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Night Porter for a Bath hotel. The role is part-time, with Thursday and Sunday nights from 11pm to 7am. You’ll support breakfast preparation, reception and bar service, ensuring guests have a welcoming overnight experience.

Ideal candidates are dependable, flexible and able to work across various hospitality duties, including night-time reception, kitchen support and bar service. Training and shift patterns are tailored to busy hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Porter, Kitchen Porter or in a similar role.
• Comfortable preparing breakfast and serving at the bar as required.
• Dependable, flexible and confident working across different hospitality duties.

Responsibilities

• Setting up breakfast using provided guides and photographs
• Preparing breakfast items using an oven or microwave, with cooking instructions provided
• Providing Reception cover and responding to guest requests
• Serving drinks at the bar and restocking after service
• Cleaning tables and keeping the reception area tidy, including hoovering and mopping

Looking for a flexible part-time role in hospitality? We're recruiting a reliable Night Porter to support a busy hotel in Bath, working Thursday and Sunday nights from 11pm to 7am. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and is happy to help across breakfast preparation, reception and bar service.

Key Responsibilities:
