Job summary

Govia Thameslink Railway Ltd. is hiring a Platform Assistant for permanent night shifts at BTN. You will deliver top‑level customer service and support the safe operation of trains and stations.

The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication, and willingness to work a 22:00–06:30 roster with Sundays. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will join a team focused on customer satisfaction, safety and reliability across the network.

Qualifications

• Proactive approach to help customers and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality advice, information and service to customers.
• Contribute to safe train operations and a safe station environment by following procedures.
• Promote relevant marketing literature and information to customers.
• Carry out station cleaning to ensure platforms are safe, clean and tidy.
