Role Purpose

As a Night Operations Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience. You will also monitor team members' appearance and standards, ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of Food & Beverage outlets and Front Desk
• Manage customer flow and order processing during service
• Oversee all transactions during shifts
• Staff outlets according to business needs
• Monitor team members’ appearance, standards, and performance with a focus on guest service and hospitality
• Maximize sales through upselling and marketing initiatives
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Comply with security, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing Food & Beverage services across various outlets and front office experience in the hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors. You should possess excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills, be flexible, calm, organized, and committed to high customer service standards. Experience as a Duty Manager or at supervisory level is advantageous.
