Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an experienced Night Operations Manager to lead a large, high-volume retail team. You will drive operational excellence, ensure the store is recovered, compliant and ready for trade each morning, and deliver an outstanding customer experience during trading hours.

You will coach and develop colleagues, shape a positive culture, and work with senior leadership to drive results through people.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume retail environment with large teams.
• Strong communication skills and operational awareness.
• Proven track record of delivering results through people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large night team across service and operations.
• Ensure store is recovered, compliant and ready for trade each day.
• Oversee promotional implementation, ticketing, store standards, health & safety, and operational execution.

• Collaborate with the wider management team to support leaders across the operation.
