You will manage night teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure stock, merchandising and safety standards are in place to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate night shift teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee ticketing, promotions, merchandising, stock movements and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store standards, health & safety and compliance.
• Prepare the store for trading and support overnight recovery for reopen.
