Surecall Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Operations Manager (Nights) for Worthing, West Sussex. You will lead the overnight response team, directing dispatch and engineering staff to urgent drainage calls, environmental hazards, and customer emergencies.

The role requires night-shift leadership in a fast-paced environment with a 4 on, 4 off 12-hour shift pattern. Immediate start on a 6-month contract with PAYE payroll is offered.
