Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Castle View in Dorchester, Dorset. You will join a dedicated team to support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, under the guidance of our Nursing team available 24 hours a day.

Qualifications

• Compassion is in your nature and you’re willing to be hands-on with residents.
• No previous care experience required; comprehensive induction and training are provided.
• You’ll be organised, hardworking, resilient, with good observation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, personal care and meals.
• Support the Nursing team and ensure residents’ wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the care home.
