Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification as a nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Minimum of one year nursing home experience.
• Experience writing Person-Centred Care Plans.
• Residing within 30 minutes of the Home.
• Leadership and people skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care for residents to ensure high standards.
• Support carers with activities of daily living such as washing, dressing and eating.
• Administer medication, update care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Promote residents’ choice, dignity and independence and manage the care team.
