Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a modern care home in the United Kingdom. The role is full-time, night shifts, permanent, with a pay rate of £22.50 per hour.

You will join the home's clinical team to deliver safe, personalised nursing care, complete care plans and medication management, and support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Previous nursing home experience is essential.
• Experience supporting older adults with nursing and dementia care needs.
• Strong clinical skills with medication management, care planning and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Complete and review care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation.
• Administer and manage medication safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes in their condition.
• Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to care colleagues during shifts.
• Maintain safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice standards.
• Communicate with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

£22.50 per hour | Full Time | Nights| Permanent

This beautifully designed home is the newest addition to a growing care group, providing high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care for older adults. Every part of the environment has been thoughtfully considered to create a comfortable and welcoming setting that supports residents’ changing needs while promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be an important part of the home’s clinical team, providing safe, personalised nursing care while supporting residents and their families throughout their time at the home.

Please note that this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
• Previous nursing home experience is essential
• Experience supporting older adults with nursing and dementia care needs
• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing a range of nursing needs
• Good knowledge of medication management, care planning and clinical risk assessments
• Understanding of safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance
• Confidence responding to changes in residents’ health and escalating concerns appropriately
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to nursing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
