Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking a dedicated Night Registered Nurse to join the nursing team in Lothian for night-time shifts. You will oversee medications, monitor residents, update care plans, and perform clinical assessments while guiding fellow care staff.

The role requires NMC registration (RN Adult) and experience in a nursing home, with a strong focus on independent clinical decision-making and medication management. UK Right to Work is essential; visa sponsorship is not available.

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night-time role?

An established care provider is looking for a dedicated Night Registered Nurse to join their nursing team in Lothian.

You'll play an important role in maintaining residents' health, comfort and safety throughout the night, responding to changing clinical needs and ensuring everyone receives attentive, individualised care.

Working as part of the nursing team, you'll oversee medication, monitor residents' conditions, update care plans, complete clinical assessments and provide guidance to care colleagues.

You'll need to be confident working independently, recognising concerns and making sound clinical decisions.
