Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Night Nurse in Dalkeith to provide high-quality, patient-centered care during night hours in a dedicated nursing home.

You will oversee medications, monitor residents, update care plans and support colleagues while making sound clinical decisions.

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night-time role?

An established care provider is looking for a dedicated Night Registered Nurse to join their nursing team in Lothian.

You'll play an important role in maintaining residents' health, comfort and safety throughout the night, responding to changing clinical needs and ensuring everyone receives attentive, individualised care.

Working as part of the nursing team, you'll oversee medication, monitor residents' conditions, update care plans, complete clinical assessments and provide guidance to care colleagues.

You'll need to be confident working independently, recognising concerns and making sound clinical decisions.

About You:

• NMC registered Nurse (RN Adult)
• Experience working within an nursing home
• Strong clinical assessment and decision making skills
• Good understanding of medication management
