We’re looking for a Night Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou!

The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel features 240 bedrooms of various sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool, our taqueria Tope, a bright lobby, a multi-functional basement events space, and The Apartment, our unique meetings & events concept.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Lead the night shift and oversee team tasks.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences during the night, making guests feel welcome and valued.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, billing, and guest requests.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and team on strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Monitor public areas, coordinate with restaurant and security teams, and resolve issues proactively.
