Are you ready to make your mark on London's hospitality scene? We're opening the doors to The Newman Hotel, a brand-new luxury lifestyle hotel in Fitzrovia, in Summer 2025.

As our Night Duty Manager, you'll lead the Reception overnight, ensuring smooth operations while our guests rest. You'll be the go-to decision-maker, ensuring safety, comfort, and service are top-notch. You will support and guide the night team, oversee training and standards, and ensure the next day starts successfully.

About You and The Role

We're looking for a Night Duty Manager who:

• Leads the Reception overnight, guiding the night team, making confident decisions, and maintaining a calm, professional environment in the absence of senior leaders
• Manages guest arrivals, VIP experiences, and special requests, addressing issues or complaints with care and clarity
• Oversees night operations, including coordinating with other departments, completing the night audit, and sharing key updates with the team
• Supports team development through coaching, feedback, and task management, always upholding our standards and values
• Brings experience from a 4- or 5-star hotel, is confident using Opera, remains composed under pressure, and communicates with warmth and confidence
• Is flexible with a 24-hour roster, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, detail-oriented, and aligned with our REAL People values
