Job summary

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to lead the Front of House during night hours and deliver impeccable guest experiences for residents, members and guests. This role demands a hands-on leader who can maintain service standards in a busy late-hour environment.

You will supervise night operations, ensure accurate financial logging, brief the Front Office team, manage handovers and communicate promptly with the Front of House Manager to maintain smooth, memorable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night-time front-of-house roles.
• Ability to supervise Front of House during night shift and maintain standards.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House Operations during the Night shift with adequate staffing.
• Ensure accurate logging of financial matters and report discrepancies.
• Communicate with the Front of House Manager regarding night concerns.
• Conduct daily briefings with Front Office staff on night movements.
• Ensure timely guest communications, written or verbal.
• Ensure comprehensive shift handovers are completed.

Job description

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a dynamic and energetic Night Manager, who has passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house during the late hours, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests. The Night Manager needs a strong background in a hotel night-time front-of-house role, with a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalised guest service.

Night Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the Front of House Operations during the Night shift, including, but not limited to ensuring staffing levels are adequate within all Departments.
• To ensure that all control procedures pertaining to the processing of all financial matters are adhered to at all times including an accurate log of checks. Any discrepancies are reported in the correct manner.
• Directly communicates with the Front of House Manager regarding all points concerning the Front Desk and Guest Services department at night.
• Night Manager to conduct daily briefings with all Front Office staff to be sure that all are aware of hotel movement.
• Ensure guest communication is executed in a timely manner, either written or verbal.
• Ensure shift handovers are completed in a comprehensive manner.
