Job summary

Sir Devonshire Square Hotel in City of London is seeking a Night Duty Manager to ensure smooth Front Office operations during overnight hours. You will lead the night shift, manage arrivals and departures, and oversee the night audit with a calm, guest-focused approach.

This role offers opportunities to train and mentor Night Front Office Agents, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, with bonus days, gym access and other wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or management role.
• Confidence in handling guest feedback with calm, clarity and care.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A collaborative spirit and a real passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office during overnight hours.
• Manage all aspects of the night shift, including guest arrivals and departures.
• Oversee and complete the night audit process.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to Night Front Office Agents and the Supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of service throughout the night.
• Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.
