Firmdale Hotels is seeking a dedicated Night Manager for Haymarket Hotel in London. You will oversee overnight operations across departments, ensuring seamless service, safety, and audit processes while acting as the main liaison between guests and management.

The ideal candidate has 5-star hotel Night Manager or Head of Department experience, strong communication, leadership, and a proactive mindset to ensure first-time right service with exceptional guest care.

Responsabilités

• Manage the hotel’s overnight activities, ensuring all departments operate seamlessly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between guests, the General Manager, and the operational team.
• Continuously monitor and uphold our high service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections to maintain compliance and safety standards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members.
• Deliver and sustain outstanding levels of customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns with professionalism.
• Provide operational support across all departments as needed, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.
• Execute the night audit process and generate nightly reports for senior management review.

This position requires a versatile individual who can adapt to various scenarios across multiple departments, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.

What you Need

• Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
