Job summary

Leonardo London Aldgate is seeking a proactive Night Manager to direct the front office during night hours and support the hotel leadership team. You will manage overnight operations, uphold service standards, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction across all shifts.

In this role you will mentor night staff, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvements to guest experiences. A background in hotel night operations and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office and night operations.

As a Head of Department, you’ll be carrying out Duty Manager shifts and inspiring our vibrant teams to exceed our guests’ expectations.
