About Park Hyatt London River Thames

Opening in 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. With stunning city and river views, signature Charlie Whinney pieces, and a central location in London, the hotel is perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Kings Road. The hotel will feature exquisite dining options, state-of-the-art event spaces, and an indulgent spa with relaxation lounges, a nail salon, spa rooms, and an indoor pool.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist guests arriving late at night, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
2. Transport guests' luggage from arrival points (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk, and then to their rooms. Assist with luggage during late-night check-outs or early departures.
3. Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities as needed.
4. Safely store and retrieve luggage, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
5. Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and professionally are essential.
