Join our JW Marriott Grosvenor House family, a luxury hotel with over 90 years of history on Park Lane, renowned for hosting prestigious events and creating exceptional memories for guests and staff alike.

The Great Room and The Ballroom, which have hosted royalty, presidents, and celebrities, are among Europe's largest and most impressive event spaces, with a capacity of 2,000 guests for banquet-style dining. This role involves supporting the setup of tables and chairs for events, which is physically demanding and involves manual handling. Training and aids are provided.

Opportunities also exist to support other areas within the Conference and Banqueting department, such as conference support, Green Room assistance, hosting, door supervision, and cloakroom management.

Ideal candidates will be personable, professional, team-oriented, punctual, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.

Shifts typically last 8-10 hours, and flexibility regarding working days is preferred.
