Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Transport guests' luggage from arrival to the front desk and to their rooms; assist with luggage during late-night check-outs or early departures.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities as necessary.
• Safely store and retrieve luggage with proper tagging and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Luggage Porter

• Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Transport guests' luggage from the point of arrival (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk, and subsequently to their rooms. Assist with luggage during late-night check-outs or early departures.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room features and hotel amenities as necessary.
• Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
• Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

About you

A driver's license is required for this role, and previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
