Job summary

Regency Glass Limited is seeking an IT Administrator to cover night shifts at Great Sankey, Warrington. This hands-on role maintains IT infrastructure, supports end-users, monitors systems, and drives upgrades in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, PowerBI and SQL, plus a security-conscious approach to keep systems secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience in maintaining hardware, software, networks and user systems.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure and Active Directory environment.
• Experience with PowerBI and SQL for data insights.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation to improve IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and user systems.
• Provide first- and second-line end-user support to minimise business disruption.
• Monitor systems, perform routine maintenance, and manage user accounts.
• Assist IT projects and upgrades and ensure security and compliance.
