Job summary

G's Group is seeking a Hygiene Operative for the Ramsey site to help keep the factory clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards. Shift: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 2:30am.

You will carry out detailed cleaning of factory areas and machinery, monitor chemical effectiveness, follow health and safety procedures, and complete hygiene records. You will support Production, Engineering and Technical teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and COSHH regulations is beneficial.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed cleaning of factory areas and machinery to high standards.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout the site and monitor chemical effectiveness.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and chemical safety training.
• Report food safety concerns to management promptly.
• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain segregation procedures.
• Complete hygiene records and documentation accurately.
• Support Production, Engineering and Technical teams to maintain a safe environment.
• Use PPE and cleaning tools safely and ensure maintenance.
