Job summary

Staffline is actively recruiting a Hygiene Operative for a busy Elm fresh produce site with night shifts. This ongoing role offers temporary to permanent opportunities, with training provided and English communication required. You will work 00:30am–10:00am on a 5 on 3 off pattern, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Reliable and safety-conscious individual with strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow procedures precisely.
• Committed to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Experience in a similar hygiene or cleaning role is desirable but training will be provided.
• Must communicate effectively in English and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of factory equipment following strict hygiene procedures.
• Ensuring equipment is ready and safe for production use.
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• Working in accordance with COSHH regulations and GMP guidelines.
• Proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Preventing cross-contamination and water ingress issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to hygiene excellence.
• Communicating any issues or concerns to your team leader.
