Job summary

SourceCo Recruitment Limited is seeking Hygiene Operatives for night shifts at a leading Hereford food manufacturer. You will contribute to hygiene standards in a fast-paced FMCG factory, operating plant and equipment while following food safety rules.

The role involves 40 hours per week with a shift pattern 21:00–05:00, and comes with a shift premium; prior production experience is helpful but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good Level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling and operation of plant and equipment.
• Cleaning down plant and machinery.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Following Health & Safety requirements.
• Carry out instructions as given by Team Leader/Management.
