Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Ruskington is seeking a Hygiene Manager to lead night and day shift hygiene operations within the Coated Factory, ensuring product integrity and safety across processes.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage and develop the hygiene team, and work closely with Technical and Engineering to uphold GMP standards and safe line start-ups, while controlling costs and waste.

Qualifications

• Relevant Chemical / Food Hygiene qualifications.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments.
• Budget responsibility and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Operate with highest safety standards and ensure safe practices.
• Ensure cleaning tasks meet site and customer standards.
• Lead and develop the hygiene team to meet/exceed standards.
• Collaborate with Technical to improve GMP hygiene standards.
• Support Engineering to improve site performance and uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce non-conformances and waste.
