Job summary

IPL, Forza & Kober is seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to lead the night-shift hygiene team at our Pontefract facility. You will ensure cleaning standards meet BRC and IPL requirements, plan forward, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and stock, maintaining SOPs, conducting audits, supervising pest control and waste handling, and training staff to build a multi-skilled team that delivers a clean, compliant site.

Qualifications

• Lead hygiene team to meet high standards and legal requirements.
• Manage hygiene budget and stock of consumables.
• Maintain SOPs and cleaning schedules (BRC, IPL).
• Oversee pest control contracts and data logging.
• Ensure training records and hygiene education of staff.

Responsibilities
