The Holiday Inn London - Sutton, operated by LGH Hotels Management Ltd, is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards. You will follow strict hygiene guidelines, work within set timeframes and contribute to a welcoming environment for guests.

Experience in housekeeping is welcome, and you will be part of a team that values reliability, consistency, and attention to detail to ensure guests feel at home during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift
• Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably
