The Gleneagles Hotel is seeking a conscientious Night Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in Auchterarder. The shift runs 10pm–6am, 5 from 7 days. The role offers a base salary of £27,963 with potential to earn around £32,963 OTE including gratuities, on a 37.5 hour contract.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all public areas, spa and leisure facilities, meeting rooms are cleaned to high standards.
• Regularly check carpets, upholstery and furniture; report maintenance needs.
• Replenish amenities in public and back-of-house restrooms.
• Clean pool and spa areas using designated products and machinery.
• Assist in high-level and deep cleaning as required.
• Keep back landings and staff staircases tidy and clear.
• Provide handover to Night Housekeeping Supervisor at shift end.
• Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and guest-focused manner.

We are currently seeking a conscientious and diligent

Night Housekeeping Attendant, with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. The shift pattern for this role is 10pm to 6am, working 5 from 7 days.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,963 / per annum based on a 37.5 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,963, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• Ensuring all public areas, spa and leisure facilities, meeting and conference rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard
• Regularly checking our carpets, upholstery and furniture, making sure they're in perfect condition; proactively reporting any maintenance, repair or specialist cleaning requirements
• Replenishing all amenities in our public and back of house restrooms
• Cleaning the pool and spa areas with the designated, specialist cleaning products and always using the appropriate machinery for each task
• Assisting in high level and heavy-duty deep cleaning on a regular basis
• Maintaining tidy and clear back landings and staff staircases at all times
• Providing your colleagues with a thorough handover, with the Night Housekeeping Supervisor, at the end of each shift
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:

• Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organized and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
