Doubletree by Hilton Templepatrick is seeking a Night Porter to provide a secure, welcoming overnight experience. You will manage reception tasks, handle cash, and support guest services while maintaining hotel standards.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and teamwork with the night staff to ensure smooth operations during the night shift. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities for training, with benefits including free food on shift, on-site parking, and staff

Qualifications

• Must be flexible across a 7 day week.
• 6 months previous experience in front facing customer service environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with hotel facilities and services to maximise guest satisfaction and report issues to management.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Operate all in-house administration procedures and hotel reception equipment.
• Be familiar with night operation areas and ensure high service standards.
• Comply with health, safety, hygiene, fire and security regulations and supervise others.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
• Clear rooms after functions and clean/reset as required.
• Manage room service orders for food and beverages, including drinks.
• Clear hallways for guest floors and support housekeeping as needed.
• Set up functions and breakfast for the following day.
• Any other reasonable management request.
