Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Hatfield is seeking a Night Class 2 Driver to ensure efficient operations, delivering parts safely and on time during night shifts. The role requires a valid HGV Class 2 license, Driver CPC, and Tachograph card, with at least 12 months of HGV 2 experience.

Expect about 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for night hours. Join a leading logistics provider focused on safe driving, health and safety, and reliable on-time deliveries across the South East.

Qualifications

• Digital Tachograph Card is required.
• Minimum 12 months HGV Class 2 driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop runs to dealerships and lock ups in the South East of England.
• Scan loads onto the vehicle and at delivery points; offload as required.
• Deliver parts on roll cages and handle loose items safely.
• Complete around 8–10 drops per night while driving safely and within regulations.
• Carry out regular vehicle checks and adhere to health and safety standards.

Pay Rate: £48,640.41
Grade: P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 50 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 10:00pm - 9:00am, although candidates need to be flexible.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Multi drop of vehicle parts to dealerships and lock ups within the South East of England
• Scanning loads onto vehicle and scanning and offloading at delivery point
• You will be delivering parts on roll cages and lifting loose items
• There will be around 8 - 10 drops per night
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulation
• Regular completion of vehicle checks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
