JT Recruit Ltd is currently recruiting double deck trained HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client based in Eastwood, England. The role offers trunking work with no multidrop, handball duties, and shifts from early afternoon to evening, seven days a week.

Full UK licence, CPC and Tachograph card are essential, with a clean licence (max 6 points). Rates of pay vary by time of day, with competitive weekend and bank holiday figures and ongoing long-term work.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK licence with CPC and Tachograph card.
• Maximum 6 points for minor offences.
• Knowledge of transport legislation and tachographs.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Trunking work – no multidrop.
• Push cages down the trailer (handball).
• Shifts run 7 days a week including weekends.
• Starts between 15:00 and 20:00 (times to suit drivers).
