Culina is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our Portsmouth operations on a 4 on 4 off nights pattern. You will operate refrigerated trailers, manage deliveries and returns to UK distribution centres, farms and packhouses, with training provided to build sector knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Possession of HGV Class 1 Licence.
• Current CPC.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and hours rules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene rules.
• Maintain knowledge of transport department operations.
• Manage own working time per Road Transport Directive.
• Observe tachograph rules at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer checks including temperature checks.
• Ensure PODs are signed and returned after delivery.
• Aim for fuel efficiency targets set by the business.
• Carry out any other duties as required.
