Culina Group is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for a nights-based 4 on 4 off shift in Portsmouth. Delivering and collecting chilled stock with refrigerated vehicles across the UK, you’ll handle paperwork, equipment checks and compliance with tachograph rules. Training is provided for suitable candidates, with enhanced night, weekend and overtime rates.

Qualifikationen

• HGV Class 1 Licence and CPC are required.
• Knowledge of the Road Transport Directive and drivers hours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene rules.
• Maintain knowledge of transport department operations.
• Manage own working time in line with regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and tachograph compliance.
• Sign and return PODs after delivery.
• Support fuel efficiency targets.
• Perform any other duties as required.
