Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel is seeking a HGV Class 1 Night Driver for a permanent role at East Midlands Gateway. The job involves trunking with trailer swaps, deliveries and collections to commercial premises, with ADR runs prioritized for qualified drivers.

Shifts include nights with guaranteed hours and overtime opportunities. Training is provided where needed, and vehicles are automatic Euro 6 Volvos or Renaults.

Qualifications

• Must be keen, efficient and have sound safe working practices.
• A valid HGV license.
• A valid Digital tacho.
• Up to date CPC Card.
• A current ADR license preferable, all classes except 1 & 7.

Responsibilities

• This HGV Night Driver role involves working directly for our customers, on contract.
• Our client will be your point of contact for all operational and trailer issues.
• We provide training to familiarise you with the role and bed you into the job.
• These HGV roles are independent and suit drivers who think for themselves.
• ADR deliveries will be a part of this job; ADR license holders will be prioritised.
