Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Nights Guest Service Assistant to help deliver safe, welcoming and memorable experiences for our guests during out-of-hours periods. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly overnight.

You will welcome late arrivals, assist with bar and food service, support night audits and uphold brand standards, safety and guest care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet late arrivals at reception and recognise VIPs.
• Provide drinks service and food from the 24-hour menu.
• Assist with night audit processes and accurate billing.
• Ensure fire and safety requirements are met.
• Maintain a calm, organised, solution-focused approach during overnight shifts.
