Job summary

Stamford Bridge Hotel London is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to oversee overnight guest services and lead a small shift team. You will report to the Front Office Manager and help deliver memorable experiences for guests at Chelsea FC’s Chelsea area property.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, handling reservations, guest assistance, and ensuring safety and financial controls align with company policies. Strong English communication and PMS knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service standards with clear communication.
• Ability to maintain guest safety and follow health & safety procedures.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and providing accurate information.
• Handling check-ins and check-outs per hotel procedures.
• Managing reservations and special requests (e.g., accessibility).
• Assisting guests with recommendations, transport, and excursions.
• Ensuring shift tasks are completed and handovers are maintained.
• Managing guest accounts, payments, and adherence to policies.
