Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking an Overnight Hotel Assistant to support the hotel during quieter overnight hours. You will combine guest interaction with practical hotel duties, working on-site overnight and helping ensure guests receive support while the hotel stays organised and secure for the next day.

You will work with the wider hotel team, using initiative during night shifts, including responding to guest requests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and helping prepare spaces for the

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Look after guests during the night and respond to requests.
• Assist late arrivals and early departures with information and support.
• Monitor the hotel overnight, report issues and maintain safety and security.
• Carry out checks of guest and public areas and keep communal spaces tidy.
• Prepare areas for the morning team and assist with room/event set-ups.
• Record incidents and guest concerns and follow hotel procedures for emergencies.
