Job summary

Heeton Concept Hotels in Manchester is seeking a Night Guest Service Manager to oversee the night-hour Front Office operations, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless check-in to check-out experience and first impressions are exceptional.

You will lead the night team, handle VIP guests, perform Night Audit duties, optimize room occupancy and rates, and ensure payment procedures and safety protocols are followed across the property.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as Night Manager in a similar-sized property.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with teams.
• Must be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Office on night shift to maintain high standards.
• Serve as point of contact for regular and VIP guests.
• Perform Night Audit duties.
• Maximise room occupancy at best rates and promote hotel services.
• Follow hotel credit policy and payment procedures.
• Conduct safety checks and night walks; manage emergencies.
• Represent the Hotel Manager in absence of senior staff.
• Assist other departments as needed.
