Staycity Group is hiring a Night Manager to shape the Staycity guest journey. You will oversee overnight Front Office operations and safeguard guest satisfaction during the night shift.

We require 2+ years in a similar hotel role and knowledge of Front Office procedures. You will verify payments at check-in, communicate nightly updates, and address issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within the hotel sector is required.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team up to date about departmental, hotel and company activities through daily communications including financial feedback, customer feedback, and guest feedback reports; taking appropriate actions for improvement.
• You will be responsible for verifying payments upon guest check-in at night, following established procedures for various payment methods.
• Anticipate and address any issues that may arise during the night to safeguard the well-being and satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay.
