Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly is seeking an Assistant Night Manager for a 40-hour week across 5 days. The role involves deputising for the Night Manager, overseeing night audits, health and safety checks, and managing night security walks while addressing guest requests.

Excellent communication and strong customer service are essential, with flexibility to handle varying shifts as the hotel operates 365 days a year.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House or Reception is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a range of shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for Night Manager when required and supervise the night team.
