Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead on night operations and deputise in the absence of the Night Manager. The role focuses on running night audit, security walks, health and safety checks and delivering outstanding guest service during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Front of House or Reception operations.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability for 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Deputise in the absence of the Night Manager and assist with decision-making.
• Run night audits and perform health and safety checks.
• Conduct night security walks and handle guest requests.
• Ensure detailed handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager.
