Job summary

Locke Hotels is seeking a Front of House Assistant for our Locke at Broken Wharf by Millennium Bridge. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, delivering warm hospitality from arrival through departure and supporting seamless operations across the hotel.

You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while sharing local recommendations. Experience in hotel reception and PMS/POS systems is valued for success in this busy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience is required.
• Experience in food and beverage service desirable.
• Experience using PMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle check-in and check-out, reservations and guest support.
• Share local knowledge and provide personalised recommendations to enhance stays.
• Host public spaces and resolve guest queries confidently.
• Provide food and beverage service across restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab-and-go outlets.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Support events and other departments as needed.
