RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Supervisor for Hyatt Place London City East in East London. You will oversee overnight operations, ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and efficient night-time processes. You will lead the Night Team, manage audits, and coordinate with Front Office to prepare for the next day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with night audit procedures and hotel reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to guests overnight.
• Oversee overnight arrivals, departures and guest requests in line with brand standards.
• Act as primary contact for guest inquiries, concerns and emergencies during the night shift.
• Lead the Night Team and supervise Night Auditors, Receptionists and overnight colleagues.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and ensure Front Office systems and reports are accurate.
• Monitor overnight occupancy and assist with room allocations for the following day.
• Prepare departmental reports and communicate key information to management.
