Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is recruiting a skilled Night Supervisor for Hyatt Place London City East in London. The role oversees overnight operations, leads the Night Team, and ensures guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and brand standards.

You will drive nightly procedures, resolve issues, and uphold exceptional service during the night shift, reporting to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager. An opportunity to grow within RBH's hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Front Office, Night Audit, Guest Services, or Supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overnight operation of the hotel to ensure safety, service and efficiency.
• Lead the Night Team and provide guidance to colleagues during the overnight shift.
• Ensure guest requests, arrivals and departures are handled promptly and in line with brand standards.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, and operational readiness for the day ahead.
